Testing the test bench is a voluntary procedure that consists of several stages. First carried out verification, i.e. determination of the suitability of the stand for use, identification of measurement errors. If deviations are found, calibration - adjustment to reference values to achieve maximum accuracy of indicators.
The test bench consists of a mounting plate, a power equipment module and a control panel. The roller shutter is fixed on the stand and is exposed to various factors, taking into account the climatic conditions of its future operation. Roller shutters testing begins with minimal loads with their gradual increase. All results are recorded. If, during the tests, the web does not deform and remains functional, it is considered suitable for use.
All ALUTECH roller shutters are tested for resistance to wind loads in accordance with GOST R 52502–2012, SNiP 2.01.07 and EN13659 (EN12424).
