The Italian factory Garofoli, whose products are represented in Russia by the Triumfalnaya Marka company, at the I Saloni WorldWide Moscow 2013 exhibition announced the start of its work with contracts: we are talking about large supply of doors, parquet, wall panels and interior elements for large objects according to sketches and drawings of the customer, the use of new unusual materials as a coating and for painting. For a factory with such powerful technical and creative potential as Garofoli, the decision to move to flexible customization is a major step towards the consumer. Previously, Garofoli offered customers a wide range of products, but exclusively from its own catalogs, and now opportunities have opened up for the embodiment of any designers' fantasies. A prime example is the Filomuro Rei60 fire door with wall panels, covered with textured synthetic plaster with real gilding.
But Filomuro Rei60 is not the only example of Garofoli fire doors: the factory has a range of such products that is unique in width. The most popular is still the favorite of all designers Filomuro door with aluminum frame hidden in the wall and a flush-to-wall canvas. Now it exists in a fireproof version with all the necessary attributes - Russian certificate for 60 minutes and a hidden door closer and hinges. Also she is now produced in new finishes: varnished wood with open pores and embossed veneer.
Close to her Filorei models the canvas is also flush with the wall, but in a wooden box and framed by platbands, which also do not protrude from the plane of the wall.
Also at the exhibition was demonstrated Bisystem Garofoli collection: this is a constructor that allows you to create large "conglomerates" and entire interiors from Garofoli elements - wall panels and double-sided wall elements with a thickness of 45 cm imperceptibly joining the doors, place glass and natural wood elements in a glossy or matte lacquer in one plane, alternate with built-in wardrobes, shelves with hidden fasteners and countertops. The ability to make various interior elements from the same materials will now allow solving previously difficult design tasks.
Parquet completes the image of the interior. Garofoli produces the highest quality parquet boards, the use of which makes it easy to combine Filomuro doors hidden in the wall and the Bisystem system of wall panels, wall elements and shelves into one composition.
Also Garofoli presented several new materials: for example, gray glass with an engraving that repeats the texture of the tree, blends beautifully with natural wood.
Gold mirrored translucent glass with fine lines ornaments is also ideal for the gold plating of the door trim. It should be noted that the combination of wall panels with doors in color is still relevant.
Among the options offered to customers - option of supplying wall panels with corner pieces, already neatly washed down "on the mustache" and firmly bonded industrially at the factory (they were usually fitted on site).
Young director of the Garofoli factory - Gianluca Garofoli, son of the legendary founder of the factory Fernando Garofoli, Garofoli has been standing at the helm of the empire for more than 40 years: it is his autograph that is inscribed on the end of each doorcoming off the assembly line of the factory. Gianluca Garofoli not only creates new collections: he himself designed and assembled a stand at the Moscow exhibition.
Also at the exhibition I Saloni WorldWide Moscow 2013 the public was shown the final version of the new model of the door handle - the result of a year of collaboration between the architect Mikhail Leikin and the Valli & Valli factory, which is represented on the Russian market by the "Triumphal Mark". Now this model of SUPERSONIC handle will be mass-produced by the factory.
Over the past year, M. Leikin has been working on the pen project, and the first batch of these products will soon appear in the salons of the "Triumfalnaya Marka" company in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Mikhail Leikin's SUPERSONIC doorknob project was declared the winner of the competition held in spring 2012 by the ASSA ABLOY - Valli & Valli factory and the Triumfalnaya Marka company. More than 500 works were submitted to the open competition. The jury of the competition was headed by the famous Italian architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, who themselves closely cooperate with the Valli & Valli factory.
The winner of the competition, Mikhail Leikin, was congratulated in Moscow by Massimiliano Fuksas himself, having handed him a Valli & Valli H370 pen, made by the factory according to the project of the Fuksas couple. In addition, the winner received a cash prize from the "Triumphal Mark" company.
The 2012 competition among Russian architects was already the second in a row. The first competition for the best design of the door handle "Triumphalnaya Marka" together with the Valli & Valli factory held back in 2004, and then about 25 projects were submitted: the competition was closed, the leading architectural studios of Moscow were invited to participate in it. The best were the projects of the architectural workshops DNA, PANAKOM and Art-Blya. A model of a door handle designed by Arseny Leonovich from the PANAKOM bureau with the article H1042 Walkiria was launched into serial production: it is made in two colors and is successfully sold all over the world.
