The IQ quarter is part of the Moscow International Business Center “Moscow City” and is located in the western part of the MIBC in close proximity to the central core of “Moscow City” and the shopping and entertainment center “Afimall City”.
The selected technologies and materials, capable of meeting high European quality standards, will become the intellectual property of the object. According to the official website of the project, in the implementation of the quarter "high quality finishing materials will be used that meet the needs of the most discerning buyers of high premium housing." It is pleasant to note that among the high-quality finishing materials a product was chosen - ARCH-SKIN ceramics from the STONE collection.
In ceramics from the STONE collection, perhaps, the entire palette of natural stone is reflected - cold in its overflows or shining with bright blotches. So the facade of the IQ quarter was decorated with ceramics produced by Cotto D'este, skillfully imitating the surface of natural travertine (Exedra Travertino 1000x3000x6 mm). In particular, a special ceramic thickness of 5.8 mm was made for the facade decoration.
