A modern quarter with residential and office buildings, spaces for recreation and entertainment, as well as a symphonic music concert hall should appear here. The quarter should harmoniously fit into the historical buildings and at the same time become a bright, memorable symbol of Irkutsk.

Idea-Tops - Spatial Design Competition
