The BATIMAT Inside competition is being held for the 4th year in a row, but this year the Challenge Challenge and the Prize-Winning Ceremony have gone beyond the usual standards.

At first, The theme of a safe interior became the leitmotif of the competition, which, you must admit, does not happen often. Secondly, the award ceremony has turned from a routine-protocol procedure well-known to many, thanks to a series of extremely informative master classes, into an interesting and information-rich event.

Opened a lecture program Yulia Tryaskina, co-founder and chief project architect of the UNK project bureau. She gave a master class called "The rules of a good interior."

In her speech, Julia suggested taking a short excursion into the world of a good, properly designed public interior. The projects and realized objects of the UNK project bureau were given as examples, among which there are many really significant ones.

Nowadays, there are many criteria for the quality of public interiors. Someone puts in the head following fashion trends, others believe that a good interior should be beautiful, while others approach the assessment from the position of "good - bad" or "like - not like".

The architects of the UNK project bureau have defined a few basic rules, following which they design public interiors.

Functionality. The designer should initially have a clear understanding of what this interior is intended for and what people will do there. Good example -

international airport "Simferopol". Here, a whole range of tasks related to the efficient servicing of passenger flows of a large transport hub has been successfully solved, and the necessary conditions for the work of personnel have been provided.

Solution of the customer's problem. It is necessary to understand what the customer wants, to understand why he does not like what he has and, in general, why he turns to an architect. Initially understanding what the customer required, the architects successfully reconstructed the atrium space of the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka. The emphasis was placed on the commercial purpose of the facility, with an obvious hint of its glorious Soviet past. Another site worth mentioning here is the Ribambelle in the City family club. By giving the interior more functional versatility, the architects were able to increase the club's attendance and thus increase its profitability.

Idea - in one word. A person, having visited for the first time in a room unfamiliar to him, as a rule, tells how exactly he remembered it. At the same time, he should not tell about the interior in complex, composed sentences, but in two or three words. This is precisely how - laconic in the description - the space of the Luzhniki Swimming Center appears before visitors.

Form. Architecture should "talk" with a person in the language of images. Modern architecture requires images that are laconic and at the same time expressive. The interiors of the entrance lobbies of the residential complexes "Heart of the Capital", "Saturday", ONLY and the sales offices of Match Point, SREDA are a clear confirmation of this.

Security. Attention to this aspect of being hardly needs commentary. In modern conditions, when our environment is saturated with complex technical devices, materials of artificial origin, the topic of preserving human life and health comes out on top. Along with the use of safe finishing technologies and engineering equipment, the topic of security can become a kind of semantic symbol of the interior.

This idea was implemented by the architects of the UNK project in the interior space of the MARS office. This is the first pet-friendly office in Moscow where employees can bring their pets. The proximity of four-legged pets makes their owners feel at home, adjusts to serenity and pacification. The facility was awarded the LEED Gold Certificate, for which it is necessary that all design solutions be brought in line with international standards. In this case, the latest technologies for managing engineering systems were applied, which allow you to save energy as much as possible. Only environmentally friendly materials were used for decoration. A system for separate collection and disposal of waste is provided. Thus, security was ensured not only at the micro level, but also extended outward, beyond the energy-saving office.

Mood and character. An office space, like any other, must evoke an emotional reaction from employees and visitors. To create a certain mood in the interior, all means are good - furniture and equipment, floor coverings, super-graphics on the walls, "sculptural" shape of lamps, etc. In the office of the French company Pernod Ricard Rouss, engaged in the production and distribution of alcoholic beverages, such an emotional accent has become a long, long bar counter in the club space.

Shine. More than 80% of information about the world around us we get thanks to sight. A person, who by nature leads a daytime lifestyle, needs light, natural or artificial, to orientate in his environment. Thanks to light, we distinguish the geometric parameters of a closed space, the shape and color of objects, and are able to perceive the quality of the interior. The UNK project architects demonstrated their masterful use of numerous functional and decorative possibilities of modern lighting equipment in the premises of the Luxor cinema (Sochi). They managed to create not only a comfortable light environment for the eye, but also figuratively play the theme of cinema.

The conversation about lighting public interiors with an emphasis on safety, continued in his speech Andrey Sharonov, Deputy General Director of the Russian company "ESCO" Novy Svet ".

The modern Russian market of electrical products is quite saturated with a variety of lighting equipment. Against this rather colorful background, LED lamps deserve special attention. They are considered the safest today.

First of all, only environmentally neutral materials are used in the manufacture of LED luminaires. During operation, LED lighting devices do not emit anything into the environment, and their disposal does not require special conditions.

LED luminaires only emit dissipated heat and are fire safe. For the manufacture of LED lighting devices, metal and impact-resistant plastic are used. Even in the event of destruction, the luminaire remains injury-free.

The luminaires are equipped with the latest power sources, which eliminates the pulsation of the luminous flux. In addition, you can select the luminaire with the optimal color temperature. All this taken together minimizes the harmful effect on human vision.

Equipping the luminaires with additional optical devices allows you to obtain a uniform, correct distribution of illumination.

It is also important that the developed range of LED lamps provides them with an extremely wide application in modern public interiors.

She spoke about the peculiarities of designing the interiors of dental clinics Anastasia Kuvshinova, Leading Designer of the International Bureau of Interior and Architecture

Kashuba Design.

The bureau's rich experience shows that the design of modern dental clinics requires taking into account a whole range of rather specific factors. The functionality of the premises, environmental and various manifestations of hygienic safety require special attention. It is necessary to create comfortable conditions for full-fledged and qualified work of the staff, to ensure the convenience of patients staying in the clinic. Aesthetic understanding of the interior plays an important role here.

The process of continuous improvement of medical technology should also be considered. Periodic updating of the equipment of offices and auxiliary premises requires designers to provide for the possibility of transformation and redevelopment of premises. These and many other aspects related to the design and operation of modern dental hospitals were considered on the example of a private clinic in Krasnodar, the project of which will be implemented and presented at the IV BATIMAT Inside competition that has ended.

Sergey Sysoev, Head of the Environmental Expertise Department, EcoStandard group, introduced the audience to modern ideas about environmental comfort in public areas.

It has been proven that a favorable ecological environment contributes to:

- the well-being of employees;

- high efficiency of personnel;

- development of the company's corporate culture through environmental responsibility, which is included in the list of modern business standards.

An unusual and interesting message was made by Tatiana Eliezer, HP Marketing Manager. Tatiana spoke about the revolutionary technology in the field of interior printing technologies - the new HP Latex latex printer.

zooming
zooming

The printer is designed for large format inkjet digital printing.

The main feature of the printer is the special latex paint used in it, which does not emit any volatile substances into the atmosphere, not PA. The scope of the HP Latex printer is the printing of all kinds of advertising and graphic design materials, as well as designer wallpapers according to individual sketches. Printing on textile materials, eco leather, fabrics - everything that is used in interior decoration. The printed image from HP technology is highly abrasion resistant and has excellent environmental performance, making these wall coverings suitable even for childcare.

I turned to the topic of professional interior design software Irina Kyrmanova, Leading Marketing Specialist, CERAMIC 3D. Irina spoke about a program that is indispensable in the design of those interiors where ceramic tiles are supposed to be used. In addition to finishing rectilinear planes, the program is focused on making curbs with corner elements, assembling decorative panels, finishing niches, boxes, modeling pool cladding, surfaces of radial and curved curvature, stair flights.

zooming
zooming

With the help of the program, you can get a plan, a scan, a panoramic image of the interior, make an accurate calculation of the tiles used and make an estimate for it.

The versatility of the program is also manifested in the fact that it is subject to a reliable transfer of the visual effects of tiles: color, degree of gloss and matte, texture and relief. The program allows you to complete retail and exhibition areas with tile samples, speed up and facilitate the work on catalogs of tile products and albums of design projects.

The lectures of representatives of well-known architectural firms and construction companies, in a word, of all those who directly or indirectly participate in the creation of safe, functional, figuratively meaningful, and, therefore, high-quality interiors, were listened to with great interest.
