The Hémêra complex consists of a tower of 16 floors (53 m), five townhouses and a block with 13 social apartments. All three components received silvery aluminum-panel facades. The most visible part of it, the tower, serves as a "signal" for the renewal of the entire area. The site is sandwiched between the banks of the Loire, the stadium and the crossroads, nearby is a huge residential area of the turn of the 1960s - 70s Malakoff, but the thoughtful orientation of buildings and the use of landscaping protect residents from not always optimal surroundings.
The tower houses 69 apartments of 21 types of layouts, which should provide the necessary social diversity there: they are designed for friends who rent together, step-families, single parents, specialists working at home, etc. The house is vertically divided into three zones, that is, as if it is in motion from one state to another. From the first to the seventh floor there are small apartments and duplexes with translucent aluminum balconies: they “live among the trees” and are connected to the surroundings. Up to the 13th floor, inclusive, "live in the city", which from the more spacious apartments offer views; the balconies are a little less transparent here. The end of the tower is almost completely glazed: the three upper floors "live in heaven": here residents have sliding glass doors leading to terraces with glass railing, and windows that open according to the accordion principle.
All five townhouses with double-height spaces face the Loire - to the south - with terraces, and four of them also have patio courtyards providing natural light to the interior. At the base of the tower and the "social" building there is a room for rent for a shop.
