The supermarket "Azbuka Vkusa", designed by Edifice Construction, is located in the center of a typical residential area of Moscow, surrounded by the now low-rise buildings of the 1980s, and overlooks the Zhulebinsky Boulevard square. The mall is comparable in scale to the neighboring buildings: it is a simple rectangular two-story building, which the architects tried to make calm and appropriate, but at the same time interesting enough to invite visitors to enter.

The first floor of the building, which is actually occupied by the "Azbuka Vkusa", is a simple volume, faced with brown tiles of a small format and half glazed. Second floor - "comb" of fiber cement panels

EQUITONE [tectiva], the highlight of the whole project.

The overlapping and overlapping facade elements at different angles resemble origami or fan plates, and if you think about the school located immediately behind the building of the shopping center, then a heap of notebook sheets in a cage. The light beige shade of the panels with darker joint lines works for this look. This effect became possible due to the characteristics of the material - the thickness of the panels is only 8 mm, and the weight of one square meter is 15 kg. As a result, the rather voluminous design looks light and airy.

The entrance lobby with granite porch and ramp is marked with darker gray EQUITONE [tectiva] panels. Here they are arranged in a strict row, making a calm backdrop for the flagship sign. The ends and the courtyard facade are almost entirely made of the same gray slabs. The resulting color scheme of the building echoes the shades of the surrounding buildings.

In total, about 1000 m² of EQUITONE [tectiva] fiber cement panels were used for the cladding of the supermarket. This material is suitable for public buildings not only in terms of its technical characteristics: the panels have large overall dimensions (3.1 x 1.25 m), the flammability class corresponds to the A2 EUROclass level, and the service life exceeds 50 years. Aesthetic qualities are also important. The surface of the EQUITONE [tectiva] panels is slightly rough, it feels like a linen texture, which makes the whole building warmer.
