The 194 m (57 storey) house is located in Sunny Isle Beach, a northern suburb of Miami, also known as "Little Moscow": almost 10% of the population there has roots in Russia. Among the 192 apartments, you can find housing with any number of bedrooms, from one to seven (the area of the upper seven-bedroom penthouse is almost 1100 m2).
The architects explain that a structure that is clearly readable from the outside plays a central role in their project. Floor slabs, load-bearing walls and supports protrude from the surface of the facade, creating spacious terraces (about a third of the area of apartments) and protecting panoramic windows from heating by the sun's rays. This decision gave the tower the appearance of a sculpture, but we are talking about working, and not about decorative elements.

Through ventilation helps to do without air conditioning in winter, when humidity is minimal. The tower's positioning at an angle to the coast and its parallelepiped plan reduces its shadow falling on the beach in the afternoon.
Unlike many other high-rise buildings in Miami, Jade Signature sits right on the ground, with no podium parking blocking the city's access to the beach. Its pool is located virtually right on the beach, and the rest of the spaces are scattered along a winding belt that runs from outside to inside: this is the drop-off point for passengers from the city side, lobby, restaurant, spa and a pavilion on the beach.
