Sustainable kindergarten
The competition raises the issue of climate change, environmental pollution and resource depletion. The challenge for the contestants is to design a truly sustainable kindergarten for one of five climatic zones to choose from. The garden, with an area of about 3000 m², should be designed for the daily stay of 100 children.

Superscape 2020: Multifunctional City
The competition examines the impact of the development and widespread dissemination of innovative technologies on the appearance of cities, transport infrastructure, and people's way of life. This season, the competition brings up the topic of multifunctional architecture. The participants will have to answer the question of why multifunctional buildings are needed by the cities of the future, and what additional functions modern residential buildings should have.

Indian house
In the 1970s, India launched a project to establish national Bharat Bhavan (Indian Home) centers in every state in the country to preserve its cultural heritage. The project was not brought to the end, and today the contestants are invited to fantasize about how the “Indian House” might look like today, and what functions should be given to it.

On sustainability in the Pecha-Kucha format

Architecture - text
The creative competition is held in two directions: "Architectural text" and "Exposition project". The task is to write a text that repeats or comprehends an architectural form, or to come up with a draft of an innovative literary exhibition. The authors of the two best works will receive grants to study at the Moscow School of New Literature or at Alexander Brodsky's laboratory “Architecture through Etching”.

Slow Traffic System for Shenzhen North Station
The competition is dedicated to the development of Shenzhen North Station. Here, on one of the cross sections of the high-speed railway, it is proposed to introduce a slow-motion system. The design will be carried out by the five finalist teams that have passed the qualifying selection. Applicants must have successful experience in the design of transport infrastructure facilities.

Central Hall of the Railway Museum in York
The aim of the competition is to select the best design for the new building of the National Railroad Museum in York. The central hall, which is planned to be built by 2025 - for the 50th anniversary of the museum - should be distinguished by the high quality of architecture, harmoniously interact with the existing environment, and correspond to the status of a national cultural institution. The first stage of the competition is the qualification selection. At the second stage, several finalist teams will be engaged in the development of projects.

Development concept for Petrovskaya Embankment in Voronezh
Contestants who have passed the qualification selection will be invited to develop a project for the development of a section of the embankment with a length of 4.5 km and an area of 117 hectares. The goal is to turn this place into an iconic public space for the residents of the city, which will become part of its image, a kind of visiting card. To participate in the selection stage, you must provide a portfolio of completed projects and an essay.

New locations 2019
In 2021, the Serbian city of Novi Sad will become the European Capital of Culture. Richard Rogers Scholarship 2020
Source: richardrogersfellowship.org By competing for the Richard Rogers Fellowship, architects, designers and urbanists have the opportunity to travel to London for three months to conduct research on urban development and transformation. The seat of the program is Wimbledon House. This is the home that Richard Rogers designed for his parents in 1968, early in his career. The house is now owned by the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University - an architect donated it to an educational institution for the building to serve for educational purposes.
Each competitor selected to participate in the project will receive a cash prize of $ 10,000. Applications must include a resume, portfolio and description of the proposed study.

"Urban Space" - an invitation to participate in the festival
