Climate Ideas for Abu Dhabi

Green housing for Rotterdam

Peter Joseph Lenne Prize 2020

New life in the old quarters of Kaifeng
The task of the contestants is to breathe life into one of the old lifeless quarters of the ancient Chinese city of Kaifeng. Participants need to demonstrate the possibilities of transforming such neighborhoods into elements of tourism infrastructure. For example, an exhibition space or a theater, a craft workshop or a hotel can be located here. The main thing is to preserve and emphasize the national flavor inherent in this place.

The goal of the competition is not only to choose the best residential project for one of the Tanzanian families, but also to find solutions that can be used for people in need of a roof over their heads throughout Africa.
