The MONUMENTALITÁ & MODERNITÁ conference is dedicated to the intriguing and at the same time acute topic of modern perception and interpretation of the totalitarian architecture of Italy, Germany and Russia. Should ideology interfere with the preservation of magnificent ensembles created by the will of dictators? Practicing architects and modern researchers of the heritage of the 20th century will try to answer this question.

Finally, the traditional summer festival of architecture and design "Golden Capital", full of various exhibitions and heated discussions, starts in Novosibirsk these days. Within the framework of the festival, the results of the Useful Mutation 2.0 competition will be summed up and a special project of the German Cultural Center named after Goethe "ART_GOROD", designed to saturate the urban space with objects of art.
