In April 2014, Metal Profile, the leader in the production of facade and roofing systems in Russia, launched the production of Puzzleton facade cassettes at a plant in Lobny near Moscow. Even with the smallest metal thickness (0.7 mm) and increased size, the novelty is devoid of deflection ("lens" effect) and has an ideal plane and geometry.
The high quality of the products is achieved by a fully automated line made in Finland, which is unique on the CIS market. The planned capacity of the equipment is 700 thousand square meters. m per year, which is 3 times more than the capacity of the existing line for the production of facade cassettes.
“This is the first production facility of this level in Russia. - comments Sergey Yakubov, head of the department of facade systems and enclosing structures at Metal Profile. - With the new equipment, it became possible to produce larger cassettes without deterioration in quality. Previously, such dimensions were available only for aluminum composite panels, which, due to their flammability, have a limited scope."
Fire safety Puzzleton allows you to use it for cladding buildings for various purposes: educational institutions, infrastructure, healthcare, hotels, airports, offices, multi-storey residential buildings, sports and shopping and entertainment centers.
The thickness of the Puzzleton metal can be 0.7 and 1.2 mm. The cassette length can be up to 1900 mm. Various polymer coatings, a wide range of colors, a variety of sizes, hidden and open Puzzleton mounts make it possible to embody bold design and architectural ideas.
