The work of ten young Spanish architects is contrasted and compared in the exhibition "Eurasia Extrema" with the works of their ten Japanese colleagues.

The idea of the exhibition was born in connection with Expo-2005 in Aichi, and was first implemented there. Now "Extreme Eurasia" has reached the Spanish capital, and is shown in the building of the Ministry of Housing.

Its goal is to demonstrate to the European public unexpected similarities and analogies, an almost common creative vision in the works of architects on the shores of two different oceans. Among other things, landscape design and ecological cleanliness of buildings attracts special attention both in Spain and in Japan.

The exposition presents projects by Spanish architects Alejandro Zaera-Polo, Abalos Herreros, Mansilla & Tunon and the Japanese Shigeru Bana, Kengo Kuma, Hiroshi Sambuichi, Atelier Bow-Wow.
