Life Marina Ibiza is located in a prestigious area of Ibiza Town, next to a large marina. The complex is formed by two buildings, practically opposite in concept and mood. At the same time, both use motives of local architecture and are maximally inscribed in the environment. Vertical gardening specialist Patrick Blanc, lighting master Jan Kersale and artist Alan Boni also took part in the creation of the image.
The body of Las Boas de Ibiza resembles a rock with its organic forms. The building is open to the sea with an amphitheater of multi-colored, undulating terraces, from which a fantastic view of the island and the old city opens up - the most vivid, festive solution. The rear façade, by contrast, is white and has sharp, chopped edges. Inside there are 179 individually planned apartments, ranging from 80 to 300 m2 (1-5 bedrooms). Thanks to the large balconies, their interior is extremely open to the sun, water and the surrounding fun, but special curtains will help, if you wish, to hide everything that happens inside.
The second building, Patio Blanco, has a modest white façade, typical of local architecture (and also of modernism), with cutouts of small, shuttered windows. There are apartments and penthouses ranging from 60 to 100 m2 (1-3 bedrooms). Their windows and terraces overlook the courtyard, designed as a pool with wooden decking. A tub of tropical plants and a wall of vertical landscaping complete the Mediterranean paradise. At night, with dynamic color lighting, the patio is completely transformed.
To maintain the declared high level of the facility and provide the residents of the complex with maximum comfort, all the necessary infrastructure has been created: underground parking, 24-hour security and reception, private beach, gardens, swimming pools, playgrounds, recreation and spa areas, cafes and much more.
