Leaders A. V. Shutikov, V. A. Kolgashkina, A. D. Kopeina and E. S. Vasiliev, set the students of the Architecture of Residential Buildings group the task of combining the garage with the public urban space. To independently choose a situation for design, conduct an analysis of the territory, determine the problem to be solved by the project.
Consequently, the students tried to identify the real needs of the city, formulate interesting and relevant scenarios, including: greening garage roofs, optimizing garage space for the convenience of car owners, implementing automated solutions, and others. All the developed ideas formed the basis for the creation of volumetric-spatial concepts presented below.

Garage-bridge near the metro station "Skhodnenskaya"

At the intersection of Khimki Boulevard and Heroes Panfilovtsev Street, the author proposes to create a garage-bridge. This will bring together a boulevard divided by a motorway and provide citizens with a safe, comfortable opportunity to cross the road without leaving the parkland. In addition, the green roof of the garage will provide additional space for cycling and hiking.
Garage on Serpukhovskaya Zastava Square

The selected site is located on the Serpukhovskaya Zastava Square, where, due to the lack of parking spaces, spontaneous parking lots appear, which interfere with the movement of pedestrians and violate the integrity of the territory. Project Ideas:
- create an intercept parking lot where motorists can rent a bicycle or an electric car to continue moving around the city center;
- solve the issue of parking for market visitors, free the market square from randomly abandoned cars, as well as carry out works on its landscaping;
- create a green public area with cafes and bike paths on the operated roof of the garage.
The architectural and planning solution was developed taking into account the possibility of integrating the garage into the existing vehicle traffic system on the square.
People's garage 2.0

The author's idea is to create an alternative car storage system on the site of the old garage complex along the metro tracks near the Slavyansky Boulevard station. Here, residents of nearby houses will be offered various types of parking spaces, as well as boxes for storing things, tires and bicycles.
Garage on the territory of the ophthalmological hospital

Since residential buildings and offices are located near the hospital, visitors are faced with a shortage of parking spaces. A small green park, located on the selected site, is surrounded on all sides by cars. Author's suggestions:
- provide parking spaces in the right amount for both hospital visitors and residents;
- preserve as much of the existing territory of the park as possible, compensate for landscaping on the operated roof of the garage.
The object is organically integrated into the environment thanks to terracing, the use of ramps and a permeable first floor.
Garage tribune with the function of a sports complex

For the design, a site was chosen in the VDNKh metro area, between Yaroslavskaya Street and Kosmonavtov Street. The area is surrounded by residential buildings, bordering a school and a football stadium. The courtyards are overcrowded with cars and the stadium lacks infrastructure. The author proposes to combine parking for residents with a developed sports complex. The garage building simultaneously serves as a tribune for the stadium, and its roof is designed as a park area - there are cafes, walking areas and outdoor sports grounds.
Mechanized parking with public function

The selected area is located in a dense urban development on Trubnaya Street. The author proposes to solve the problem of lack of parking spaces by means of mechanized parking, which provides the possibility of effectively placing a large number of parking spaces in a compact floor space. The garage has ground and underground blocks. The first and second floors are occupied by public functions - a cafe and a fitness center. The volumetric-spatial solution of the garage corresponds to the scale of the surrounding buildings. The ground block of the building overhangs, supporting the red line of the street, and the first floors are "recessed" to increase the width of Trubnaya Street.
Garage in a residential building

The goal of the project is to free the courtyards of residential buildings in Sredny Tishinsky Lane from the congestion of cars and to organize a comfortable space for residents. The idea is to combine underground parking and modern yard infrastructure. At ground level, there are garage entrances with adjacent bike storage areas. In the courtyard, it is proposed to build a children's club, a small library, a system of ramps and terraces for walking and relaxation, as well as a playground.

A garage in a residential Moscow district near the railway tracks will protect the residential yard from the noise of the railway and will form an interesting space with playgrounds and sports grounds, areas for walking and recreation.
Bus station

The proposed solution is the construction of a bus station on the site as part of the Tushino transport hub, which will become a bright accent and dominant in the environment of diverse peripheral development. The volumetric-spatial solution of the bus station ensures efficient distribution of traffic and pedestrian flows. The waiting area is complemented by a public square.
