ALT115: floor to ceiling
The system of all-glass partitions ALT115 allows you to implement a project of any complexity, regardless of the thickness and overall dimensions of the glass. Thanks to this system, the interior is filled with light, becomes visually wider and can be decorated in full accordance with the corporate style.
ALT115 is a system of clamping profiles and accessories, with which tempered glass is fixed to the ceiling and floor. When developing the system, the wishes of processing companies and installation organizations were taken into account, due to which ALT115 has a set of unique characteristics and fully meets the requirements of practitioners.
The patented design solution allows the use of the same “flip” clip for installing glass of different thickness: 8, 10 and 12 mm. Depending on the position of the threaded hole, the “flip” inserts can be fixed either in the usual way or through a hole in the glass. The possibility of pressing the glass in the required place ensures free movement of the insert in the groove of the guide.
By expanding space and creativity, the ALT115 system also reduces design and installation costs through a flexible mounting system and a reduction in the total number of components.
The high demands of the designers were also taken into account: 22 coating options are offered for the ALT115 system profiles. A wide variety is provided by various combinations of colors and surface treatments. Thus, ALUTECH Group of Companies offers 11 colors of anodizing (silver, five shades of bronze, three shades of gold, two shades of copper), as well as two methods of surface treatment (chemical matte etching and shot blasting).
The functional and design possibilities of the ALT115 system are expanded by the new frame profile AYPC.115.0006, which is used to install the door leaf into the partition structure. The new frame profile is fixed in the doorway using clips and inserts, without the need to drill holes in the glass. The assembly of the corner joint is carried out using pins or a crimp method.
ALT111: now with a "telescope"
A particularly cozy atmosphere in the office is created by
system of interior partitions ALT111, which provides sound insulation up to 40dB. The ability to use glass with a thickness of 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm as single and double fillings, as well as drywall, chipboard, MDF, gypsum vinyl and any other materials with a thickness of 4 to 12.5 mm allows you to realize any creative idea. You can also install blinds with a thickness of 16 to 26 mm.
The ALT111 interior partition system allows the installation of single and double doors with single and double filling. Blinds can be provided in double-filled doors.
The proprietary design solution used in the ALT111 system simplifies the installation of partitions. The key point is fixing the filling web using two types of clamps - symmetric and asymmetric (asymmetric clamp is used when installing the filling on rotary profiles, as well as a temporary clamp in combination with other profiles).
The partition frame is assembled using overhead brackets, which are fixed with self-tapping screws, and therefore completely eliminate the need for sequential installation. The profiles are cut to the desired size at a convenient 90 ° angle, eliminating laborious processes such as milling and pre-drilling.
The improved inertia characteristics of the ALT111 profiles and the unique way of pressing the filling make it possible to assemble strong reliable partitions with a height of more than 4.5 m, making the system an ideal solution for rooms with high ceilings.
A novelty of the system is a telescopic door frame that can be built into any openings with a partition thickness of 75 mm or more. Durable, modern and stylish, the telescopic frame can be used to fit three types of doors: all-glass, aluminum and wood.
The decorative end caps add a finishing touch to the structure.
ALT110: unique style
Individual features and unique style will give the interior
system of office partitions ALT110. A wide selection of structural elements, multivariate texture and color design allows you to find a unique solution in each case.
A variety of combinations of glass and blind sections, tinted, frosted and decorative glasses and blinds of various types makes it possible to improvise. As a filling, which can be single and double, glass with a thickness of 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm is used, as well as drywall, chipboard, MDF, gypsum vinyl and other materials with a thickness of 4 to 16 mm. The system allows the installation of single and double leaf doors. Additionally, the ALT110 design provides for the possibility of installing all-glass and wooden doors.
One of the design features of ALT110 is the assembly of partitions using steel corners on self-tapping screws, without preliminary drilling of profiles, as well as fixing the filling with latches. Swivel profiles allow you to implement any angles of rotation of structures in the range of 90-270 °.
Leveling brackets in the frame profiles and door leaves add elegance to the door structure and increase its reliability. End caps give the partitioning system a finished look.
ALT110 can be executed in the following versions: economy rack, main rack, reinforced rack. The profiles are supplied in four standard colors: RAL9006 (silver metallic), RAL9016 (white), RAL8017 (brown), A00-E6 (silver). At the request of the customer, profiles can be supplied in any color according to the RAL scale.
