Hello. We are at Mosbuild 2013.

We start reporting on the partners of the Archi.ru portal. And the first company we interview is the international concern Wienerberger.

Elena Grozdova, Marketing Director of Wienerberger - Russia, represents the products of the Wienerberger concern, which are supplied from Russian factories and from Europe:

Elena Grozdova:

Here are mainly Estonian bricks in the usual colors - light, brown, as well as new items - variegated and reduced bricks. They are presented in basic surfaces - smooth, rough, ribbed. New - sand bricks, which are used mainly in private low-rise construction in the Central Federal District and nearby regions.

We also have hand-molded bricks that are produced in Belgium, there are more than five hundred different types of bricks for any decisions and ideas … At the stand you can see bricks from Germany. This is a clinker brick that has a moisture absorption of no more than 6%, which gives additional advantages. Below you can see the paving stones. The basic principle of the Wienerberger company is that using ceramic materials it is possible to build an entire house - from load-bearing walls and facades to roof tiles and landscape solutions.

We also have products from Russian factories. This is a warm large-format ceramic for partitions and walls.… You can see the systems of fastening warm ceramics, for this, standard metal anchors or basalt ties are used. This material is suitable for both low-rise and high-rise construction. It is allowed to build load-bearing walls up to 10 floors high. In particular, a ten-story complex with load-bearing walls made of this material is currently being implemented in Krasnoyarsk.

Archi.ru:

As far as I understand, today this material is increasingly used in construction - as environmentally friendly and easy to use, and even in regions such as Siberia it is in demand. This stuff is walking around the country, right?

Elena Grozdova:

Indeed, our brick is used not only in central Russia, there are realized houses in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. Small format bricks have not been used in Europe for a long time, since they do not provide all the advantages that large format ceramics have. One block replaces 14 bricks. Thus, it saves building materials and time for the construction of the building. And the result is a house that is ideal for living according to its microclimate - it is warm in such houses in winter and cool in summer. The material is completely natural. Priakticheski are made from one clay with small additions. In our opinion, this is the best material for residential construction.

Archi.ru:

What is the name of this material?

Elena Grozdova:

We produce warm ceramics under the POROTHERM brand, facing bricks under the TERCA brand, landscape solutions under the PENTER brand and ceramic tiles under the KORAMIC brand. POROTHERM has been produced at factories in Russia since 2006. One plant is located in Kiprevo, one hundred kilometers from Moscow, the second - not far from Kazan, 30 kilometers. Wienerberger this year was recognized as the largest producer of ceramic bricks in Russia. And in the future, we plan to occupy a leading position and produce new materials for the needs of our market.

Daniel Stanke, Commercial Director of the Wienerberger Representative Office in Russia, and Elena Grozdova about the Wienerberger concern:

"Our main goal is to offer architects and future residents of houses a variety of building solutions using ceramic materials."

Daniel Stanke:

Wienerberger is a global concern that manufactures ceramic building materials. This is an Austrian concern. The head office is located in Vienna. The company was founded in 1819. We have nearly 200 years of experience in the manufacture and sale of ceramic building materials. There are approximately 220 factories around the world that produce facing bricks, ceramic tiles and building blocks. There are three factories in Russia at two sites - in the Vladimir region and in Tatarstan.

Behind me you see a large assortment of hand-molded and standard-molded facing bricks in different colors and surfaces, which are very popular with architects. Many interesting projects are being developed in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of Russia. For example, a low-rise residential complex in the Moscow region of the architectural studio of Vladimir Bindeman, we also worked with Alexey Ginzburg on the elite residential complex Trilogia in the center of Moscow, where Wienerberger materials were used to solve the facades, and other architects.

Medium and business class bricks are produced in factories in Estonia. They are very popular together with our ceramic blocks produced in Russia. The blocks that you see at our stand differ from other wall materials in that they are completely made of ceramics - this is an environmentally friendly material with good thermal conductivity that can be used without additional insulation. The walls of such blocks breathe and easily release moisture.

Our main goal is to offer clients and future residents of houses a variety of building solutions using ceramic materials. We hope that among our products there is something that will satisfy every client, architect and builder. We are represented throughout Russia, in all major cities there are our distributors who can advise, tell about the main properties of our materials, offer logistics, delivery to the site, etc.

Elena Grozdova:

We would also like to invite everyone to participate in the international Wienerberger Brick Award, which is held every two years. Serious objects are accepted for the competition, in which a significant part is made of ceramic bricks. We are waiting for you at this competition!
