Ivanov Anton:

“During the design process, an important task for us was to create comfortable high-class housing.

We have designed a five-story two-section residential building with a total area of 3345 sq. m, including 22 apartments ranging from 100 to 200 sq.m. Each apartment is a two-story apartment with a double-height common space.

Our location of apartments at different levels contributes to privacy from neighbors, and therefore a small number of apartments in the house, which is an important indicator of comfort.

Our residential building fits perfectly into the historical development of the urban environment, thanks to the use of bricks in the facade decoration.

There is a whole infrastructure on the ground floor, and this is the presence of its own round-the-clock security and operation of the building: emergency services, service services, laundries, shops, etc.

As a structural scheme, we used a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with load-bearing outer walls consisting of 10.7 NF porous stone and 1NF brick faced in Bavarian masonry and burgundy color."

Markov Sergey:

“This design object is a block house, which includes five typical block sections and two end block sections. The developed typical section allows you to use some variability of blocking (including, with a shift relative to the main line of the facade).

The project was made in the traditional style for Victorian England (the birthplace of the very concept of a "blocked house"), therefore, such characteristic elements of the volumetric structure as a bay window, dormer skylights, as well as finishing of facades with dark facing bricks in combination with decorative cornices and frames of white colors. Such a facade solution creates the impression of reliability and solidity of the future house, while not depriving it of high visual and aesthetic characteristics. A typical block section is a two-storey building with a bay window on the first floor of the main facade and a sloping roof. The project also provides for the possibility of completing (at the request of the owner) of the third attic floor.

On the ground floor there are: a kitchen-dining room with a room for a boiler room, a living room with access to a summer wooden terrace (a folding awning is provided to protect the terrace from the sun's rays and rain) and a guest dignity. node under the stairs.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. node, including one of the bedrooms has a full dressing room and personal dignity. node.

The Seasons Pavilion is located at: Moscow Region, Odintsovo District, Yurlovo Architectural, Urban Planning and Landscape Complex with Low-Rise Residential Buildings.

The Seasons Pavilion is located in the central part of the site on a gentle slope. The main facade of the building faces the English Park, which opens up in the eastern part of the site.

The one-storey building of the Pavilion is intended for holding social events for 25 people, therefore the main representative room is the Banquet Hall. Also on the floor there is an industrial kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the right side of the pavilion there is a terrace framed by an open colonnade of the Corinthian order.

Facades of the building bring the mood of solemnity. Thanks to the small plasticity and complex outlines of the pavilion, it acquires liveliness and dynamism, thereby merging into the surrounding space. The multi-tiered roof of the central part is accented with corner turrets.

A pronounced belonging to the mature French Baroque, enriched with a classical order system with features characteristic of this style, is an individual feature of this Pavilion. Loose facades with profiled cornices, rusticated pilasters, luxurious sculptural details give the structure movement and rhythm.

The compositional structure of the Pavilion and the details of the facade have a close stylistic connection with the environment on the site, thereby forming a single architectural ensemble.

The total area of the Pavilion is: 257.00 square meters, and the building area is 410.00 square meters.

The object was erected using the Ceramic block 10.7 NF MaxiThermo 380x250x219
