At the end of September 2013, the winners of the prestigious European Property Awards 2013 were announced in London. Among the 23 Russian properties awarded this year by the jury, 4 received the highest award in the region, which means that they will take part in the drawing of the main prize International Property Awards 2013, the winners of which are scheduled to be announced in December. The seventy-story skyscraper Mercury City Tower earned five stars in the Architecture category and was named among the winners of the Europe region.

As a reminder, the Mercury City Tower, 800x600 - Normal 0 false false false RU X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 is the last of the completed projects on the territory of MIBC "Moscow City", the construction of which was completed in 2012. It was built by the American architect Frank Williams, and then finalized by Eric van Egeraat in collaboration with Mosproject-2. It is now the tallest building in Europe and, moreover, the most conspicuous tower of the City, thanks to the orange color of its facades. The building houses luxury apartments, offices and retail space.

In the decoration of the facades of the Mercury-City Tower, VENTI BATTS thermal insulation boards of the ROCKWOOL company were used. These are rigid water-repellent heat-insulating plates on a synthetic binder, made of stone wool based on rocks of the basalt group. They are excellent thermal insulation materials for facade systems.
