For over 25 years, the International Property Awards have been annually recognizing the most significant residential and commercial properties around the world. Development companies and real estate agencies are also awarded. The award takes place in several stages. The winners of the first stage receive the title of the best in their country (we have already talked about some of them). The next stage is already international, where you can be awarded the title of the best in the region and, finally, in the world.

Below are six objects-laureates of the last stage. Almost all of them received awards in several nominations at once.

The largest class A business park in Russia is located in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district of Moscow. The project developer is ASTERUS. Architects - Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The complex, dominated by a 21-storey glazed tower, consists of 13 modern office buildings connected by a pedestrian campus. In addition to well-thought-out layouts, efficient workspaces and developed infrastructure, the complex boasts its own landscaping - pedestrian alleys, "green meeting rooms", verandas for restaurants and a central square in front of the expo center with a water surface and landscaping.

The interior designers of the new Sberbank headquarters on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow are Evotion design and T + T architects. The office design effectively plays on the existing structure of a 10-storey building with a 9-storey glazed atrium. It was here that the architects placed the "Diamant" suspended meeting room - the most outstanding and memorable element of the project.

The project of the "VMS Development" company received the title of the best restoration in the field of residential real estate in Europe and in the world. The house, built over a hundred years ago according to the project of Adolf Erichson, was restored with the participation of Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners. The building was not only given a second life, it was returned to its original purpose - a house with city apartments.

Mercury is the brightest skyscraper in Moscow City. The 75 floors of the golden tower house offices, apartments with panoramic views of the city, restaurants and banks, as well as an event space. Five floors underground. The object has already become a laureate of International Property Awards in previous years. This time it received awards as the best apartment complex and the best mixed-use development project in Europe.

The ELEVEN design house is being built by the RSTI holding in the Presnensky district of Moscow. It is recognized as the best high-rise residential project in Europe. The house consists of two towers (16 and 17 floors), united by a common stylobate, in which it is planned to place a fitness center with a swimming pool and SPA-zone, a kids club, a restaurant and a food market. The authors of the project are the Meganom architectural bureau under the leadership of Yuri Grigoryan.

The authors of the project, bureau APEX, worked at the intersection of Russian and European architectural traditions. In the process, the architects presented the customer with 9 options for the future house, which both visually and figuratively had to be entered into the historical environment.
