The site on which the house will be located is located on the border of a cottage village on the banks of the small river Sosenka. On the opposite side, it is bounded by an intra-village road, and on the sides - by neighbors. The river causes the relief to descend towards it, and the house really stands on the border of two terraces.

From the outside, the building looks like it is composed of two L-shaped volumes mirrored horizontally and vertically - one seems to be based on the other. The authors play on this topic well. They propose to trim the volumes with the same stone, but on one the masonry will be with recesses, and on the other with ledges. In addition, one block is glazed on the long sides, and the second on the short ones. A kind of constant opposition with a general similarity. But in general, everything is a little more complicated. Two more floors are buried underground, and in general the composition looks more like a machine clamp holding some kind of detail.

The "detail" contains the main entrance (from under the arch), as well as almost all the premises of the public area: kitchen, dining room, living room. When you look at this plan, you understand that it was strongly influenced by the geography of the site. One of the important features is that the view of the river with overgrown banks and houses on the opposite bank is much more advantageous than all the others. As a result, the living room, which most often turns out to be the central space in the house, "crawled" to the backyard, to the part of the site farthest from the entrance. Moreover, it crawled away in the literal sense of the word - this block seems to be spreading along the ground and its floor goes down along with the relief. Moreover, the terraces, in spite of the walls, continue in steps into the interior. They are used to separate different functional areas: between the living room and the dining room, between the dining room and the kitchen. In this project, the living room lost its usual role of the main communicator, and with it the staircase leading to the second floor. Nevertheless, out of good habit, the ceiling was raised, the volume appeared "hilly", and there was more light in the room. The formal features of modern suburban living rooms are also observed: a small mezzanine-library and an interior staircase-sculpture. By the way, this branch is not a dead end, since the second floor has access to an exploited roof.

Still, the main communication hub was next to the entrance. It is here that there is a staircase leading to the most mysterious room of the house - the pool located in the first underground floor. According to the authors, he ended up underground because of the desire to preserve the compactness of the house - he did not want to occupy the land with another long volume. It differs from the usual basement pool by a clever way of natural light: sunlight enters there through the sloped glazing of the inner part of the arch. The architects expect that the glare from the underground reservoir will create additional intrigue, playing with reflections on the ceiling of the overhanging building …

The same staircase leads to the second floor, where there are: the master bedroom with access to the exploited roof, the same one that leads to the living room, three smaller bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a light-flooded, crooked corridor covered with rows of vertical wooden slats.
