On September 9, 2014, within the framework of the VIII International Investment Forum PROEstate 2014, a solemn ceremony was held to award the winners and laureates of the V All-Russian Competition for Environmental Development and Energy Efficiency Green Awards, organized by the Guild of Managers and Developers with the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Natural Resources and ecology of the Russian Federation.
The competition was attended by development and investment companies, design and architectural workshops, design bureaus, construction organizations implementing projects based on the concept of energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. The selection of projects was held in 5 main nominations:
- Housing construction.
- Multifunctional complexes.
- Business centers.
- Warehouse and industrial real estate.
- Social facilities.
The projects submitted for the competition were assessed according to the Green Zoom professional standard developed by the RGUD.
In the category "Housing Construction: Low-Rise Complexes", the project of the first energy-efficient economy-class house - "House A +" was presented, which scored the highest number of points among all projects, according to the results of the jury's evaluation, was included in the number of winners and was recognized as the best among the individual low-rise buildings presented for the competition.
The honorary award was received by: Konstantin Filippishin, General Director of GC "Ecodolie"; Oleg Panitkov, Development Director of VELUX; Veniamin Telezhny, CEO of Magnum Haus; Dmitry Mikhaylidi, Head of the Engineering and Technical Center of TechnoNICOL Corporation, Sergey Fedotov, Head of the DuPont Innovation in Construction Department and project architect Denis Dementyev.
The project of the first in Russia energy-efficient house of economy class "House A +" is being implemented in Yekaterinburg on the territory of the residential complex "Ecodolie" by companies with extensive experience in energy-saving construction in Russia. The organizers of the project are the development company "Ecodolie" and the company VELUX. The developer is a manufacturer of large-panel houses Magnum House. General partner - TechnoNICOL Corporation, a supplier of complex building systems. Partner - DuPont company. The start of the "House A +" project took place in February 2014, and already in October this year the partner companies plan to put it into operation.
