Initially it was assumed that the building would only be a hotel, but now Lebanese customers wanted to complement it with residential apartments, offices, shops and leisure facilities. The 168 m high tower (42 floors) grows out of a base consisting of two horizontal volumes (10 and 12 floors, respectively). Various spaces of the complex are connected by passages that imitate the streets of modern Beirut with their constant movement.
The high-rise part will house a five-star hotel and 15 floors of luxury housing. In the buildings of the "base" are planned more apartments, four floors of offices and shops, a fitness club and a spa. Nine underground floors will house an entertainment center, cinema and parking.
The project budget is $ 270 million.
