The center will be located in the popular resort of Blovann, but the basis for it will not be a recreation area at all. In this area, the bunkers of the Atlantic Wall fortification system, built in the early 1940s, have survived. by order of Hitler. She was supposed to protect continental Europe from the landing of the Allied troops.
One such bunker will become part of the museum complex, although its main part will nevertheless be located nearby. In order not to disturb the dune landscape, the structure will be “disguised” as a hill. The greenery surface of the “hill” will be divided into four parts by glazed “cuts” through which visitors can enter.
The four parts correspond to four functional areas: the bunker museum, the amber museum, the Istolarium and the exhibition hall. Through an underground passage from the building it will be possible to get into the bunker; a lattice spiral staircase will lead to its roof.
Above, instead of a large-caliber gun, its "model" of glass and steel at a 1: 1 scale will be installed, where the barrels will be replaced by telescopes through which it will be possible to observe the North Sea.
