The building appeared on the territory of the Sikat university campus, but the university administration hopes that it will be useful not only for students, but also for citizens. This transformable building can accommodate up to 410 spectators by removing the partitions between Hall 1 (210 fixed seats), Hall 2 (99 portable seats), Hall 3 (45 portable seats) and the public area (30 portable seats).
On the outside, the complex floor plan is highlighted by a 4-plane slab made of Galvalume sheets (aluminum-zinc-coated steel). The steel frame of the building is combined with façades that are almost exclusively made of glass panels: SANAA architects, as in many of their other structures, sought to smooth the boundaries between the interior and the outside space - both when viewed from the inside and for passers-by on the campus.
