From 24 to 28 February in Stuttgart (Germany), an anniversary international exhibition dedicated to novelties in the field of roller shutters, gates and sun-protection structures - R + T Stutgart'2015 was held. It has become a landmark for the ALUTECH Group of Companies. The exhibition confirmed the status of the company as one of the leading suppliers of roller shutter systems and sectional doors.
The R + T exhibition takes place every three years and is the most important industrial event in the world market of protection systems, as well as an excellent platform for exchange of experience. Experts from all over the world come to Stuttgart these days. Some - to identify areas for further development and find potential customers, others - to assess the level of technical training and equipment of exhibiting companies and identify mutually beneficial areas for cooperation.
ALUTECH Group of Companies traditionally participated in the R + T exhibition in order to once again demonstrate to experts from all over the world the technical power and innovative base of one of the largest manufacturers of protective structures.
The company became the only exhibitor from the CIS countries, speaking at R + T Stutgart'2015 in a new expanded format: the products of the ALUTECH Group of Companies were presented under the trademarks Alutech (Belarus) and Günther Tore Systems (Germany). These brands support the concept and common goal of the company - to produce and offer the consumer high-quality roller shutters, roller shutters, roller shutters and sectional doors, roller shutters and rolling grilles.
The scale of participation of ALUTECH Group of Companies was supplemented by a massive advertising campaign within the framework of the exhibition. 15 banners with the slogans Roll your business and Doors to business helped visitors navigate among the exhibition pavilions, two of which were also sponsored by the ALUTECH Group of Companies.
The stands of ALUTECH Group of Companies are among the five largest
ALUTECH Group of Companies entered the five largest participants of the R + T Stutgart'2015 exhibition. The total area of the stands "Rolling shutter systems Alutech-Günther" and "Gate systems Alutech-Günther", presented by the Group of Companies, amounted to about 900 m2.
The white-orange stand "Rolling shutter systems Alutech-Günther" demonstrated a wide range of products and accessories for roller shutter systems, gates and grilles from Alutech, as well as the range of rolling shutters and grilles from the Günther Tore Systems trademark.
The green-and-white stand "Alutech-Günther Gate Systems" presented Alutech industrial sectional and entrance gates, roll-up structures manufactured by Günther Tore Systems, as well as Marantec automatics and accessories.
The original design, convenient zoning of stands by assortment groups, corporate colors with the use of orange and green shades favorably distinguished the stands of the ALUTECH Group of companies from the exhibition stands of other exhibitors.
For the convenience of presenting information, LED screens with a diagonal of about 6 m, sound and video support, touch screens around the perimeter of the stands, electronic tablets were used. All these advertising and informational tools were highly appreciated by the visitors.
A high opinion of the ALUTECH Group stands was expressed by Mr. Sebastian Schmid, General Manager of the R + T exhibition. In particular, he noted the company's innovative approach to equipping the stand and using information technologies.
Expansion of the geography of cooperation
During the five days of the exhibition, the stands of ALUTECH Group of Companies were visited by over 5,000 people, including partners of the company from Germany, France, Austria, Latvia, Czech Republic, Poland, Benelux countries, etc. The sale of the company's products to highly developed countries confirms that its quality meets the requirements of the most stringent standards.
At R + T Stutgart'2015, more than 1000 fruitful contacts were established, new sales markets emerged, including Canada, the USA, Latin America, Australia, the Middle East, etc. A multiple increase in sales volumes will strengthen the position of ALUTECH Group of Companies in the world market protective structures.
Presentation of innovative solutions
The list of novelties and unique design solutions presented by ALUTECH Group of Companies was very diverse.
Alutech-Günther Roller Shutter Systems stand new products:
- shaft support system for combined roller shutters, eliminating shaft deflection in systems with a single control;
- blocking crossbars, providing a decrease in the abrasion of the first lamellas of the canvas thanks to the plastic linings that act as a spring;
- side covers with quick fastening system without pre-drilling;
- anti-hurricane shutters - a unique product that has no analogues, withstanding a pressure of 1225 Pa (≈ 45 m / s) and corresponding to the RC2 burglar resistance class according to EN1627;
- burglar-proof grill with fine perforations, which, with a width of up to 3.75 m, provides burglar resistance class RC3 according to EN1627;
- new color graphite and many other novelties.
A pleasant surprise for the visitors of the "Alutech-Günther Gate Systems" stand were:
- new types of gates - Trend for private garages and ProTrend for industrial facilities - which will allow the company's partners to successfully compete in the market in the middle and economy price segments. This gate uses a panel thickness 40 mmwith all the advantages of a 45 mm panel. Its multi-layer coating is corrosion and scratch resistant, its secure construction guarantees protection against pinching of fingers, and the closed loop steel sheets provide protection against delamination. For mounting the torsion shaft in the gate and ProTren, a new click-system is used, which reduces the mounting time by 20-30 minutes;
- expanding the range colors with a textured surface due to colors graphite, chocolate and white, which will be available in L- and M-ribbed panels without embossing;
- for panoramic doors - various types of infills, including novelties that are highly resistant to scratches;
- fast and energy efficient Marantec actuators for garage doors Günther Tore Systems;
- universal automation kit industrial doors STA-KIT for work in aggressive environmental conditions;
- new line radio accessories Marantec with the new bi: link coding system and feedback and much more.
Separately, the products of the Günther Tore Systems brand presented at the R + T Stutgart'2015 exhibition should be highlighted:
- roll-up doors made of foam-filled, insulated and single-walled profiles;
- roll-up grilles with fine perforations or high levels of light transmission.
Günther Tore Systems rolling shutters and grilles made of steel and aluminum for different widths of openings and various fields of application, made according to individual requests, aroused undisguised interest among the visitors of the exhibition, as well as interest in the early start of deliveries of this product to the CIS market.
