Wienerberger and the development group OPIN have developed an exclusive brick grade and named it RUBLEVO2. Under the agreement, a record volume of the product for Russia was delivered - 2.8 million units in a record short time - 6 months.
It can be argued that this is one of the largest clinker brick projects in Russia in the entire recent history of the real estate market. And the most interesting thing is that this is the first project to use bricks from the elite collection "Design Line", imitating old bricks of the 19th and 20th centuries. This imitation is a new trend in European architecture.
The main difference between RUBLEVO2 bricks is a unique color and relief solution. The brick color, specially designed for the Park Rublevo complex, matches the natural shades of the earth as much as possible, and the original herringbone masonry in the old individual style creates a volumetric relief.
The brick for the residential complex "Park Rublevo" is made from specially selected high-quality refractory clay, which is mined in Germany. The production technology has centuries-old traditions, which allows you to achieve interesting shades, high quality properties, such as strength, durability, water resistance, fire resistance, frost resistance and specific relief.
Especially for this project, the Wienerberger concern has re-created and set up a production site in North-West Germany, in Lower Saxony. When creating the brick, manual sorting was used to achieve exactly the shade that the customer wants. At a high firing temperature, we obtain a minimum water absorption (no more than 4%) and high strength M950, with an average strength of Russian bricks M150. The quality of each brick is also checked manually.
