The complex appeared in a new residential area according to the general plan 03 Architekten. This plan continues the line of block development that characterizes the entire Haidhausen area; in addition to apartments, new buildings have a small number of offices and shops, as well as two kindergartens.
The two buildings that emerged from the Ebner bureau are located between the two "squares" of Stefan Forster and seem to be sandwiched between them. This impression is emphasized by the solution of the facades, which seemed to have creased from the pressure from the sides.
The resulting "angular" balconies are not at all a concession to the artistic image at the expense of functionality. This solution allows to ensure privacy for residents (there is a partition in the corner between the balconies of neighboring apartments), which is especially important with a modest scale of streets and courtyards.
On 6 floors of two buildings there are 78 apartments of different sizes, including two-level ones. The courtyard, created by landscape architects studio B, is primarily intended to be admired from the windows - its layout is very impressive - but there is also a playground there.
