On Thursday, May 16, as part of the ARCH Moscow NEXT business program! the company "Hilty Distribution LTD" organizes the presentation of the new facade system VFH ALUCORE® XXL.

The result of the combination of know-how from the two European companies HILTI and 3A Composites is the new VFH ALUCORE® XXL façade system, which transforms the task of using large format in architecture from the category of unique ones to the category of easily realizable and economically justified ones, offering fundamentally new possibilities for the implementation of the most daring architectural ideas.
The new system allows to mount panels of various formats, incl. extra-large, regardless of direction: vertically, horizontally, diagonally, offset and tilted. And the location of the rustic stones does not depend on the location and pitch of the supporting substructure.
ALUCORE® is an aluminum honeycomb composite panel consisting of two cover sheets of a special corrosion-resistant alloy with an aluminum honeycomb core between them. This “filler” gives the material ultra-high flexural rigidity (at least 14 times higher than that of traditional composite panels) and extremely low weight - only 6.3 kg / m².
The unique physical and mechanical characteristics of the panel itself, as well as a well-thought-out fastening system, allow using VFH ALUCORE® XXL to bring to life complex architectural forms that can withstand the highest wind loads.
