Contestants are encouraged to develop a concept for a temporary pavilion to be located in the coastal area of Port Vell. This area is actively visited by both tourists and locals. The pavilion should include exhibition areas, a cafe or restaurant, an information point, and toilets. At their discretion, participants can expand the functionality of the premises.
