The hardware grooves are made on the basis of a 20 × 15 mm Euro groove, therefore, in the window structures alt=W72 FR, a standard set of both premium and budget fittings for tilt, turn and tilt-and-turn opening methods can be used.

In addition to various sets of fire-resistant inserts for sealing gaps under the handles in windows and doors based on alt=W72, heat-sealing gaskets can be used.

Partitions. Fire resistance up to 45 minutes

ALT W72 FR also allows the production of stained-glass windows and partitions with fire resistance limits of 15 and 45 minutes. The fire protection properties of these structures are also ensured by the use of fire resistant inserts, steel clips, corner connectors and heat sealing tape.

Installation. No additional processing

The fire protection system alt=" W72 FR is based on the popular window and door series with thermal insulation alt=" W72. Thanks to this, standard equipment is used for processing and installing the profiles of the fire protection system. In addition, universal steel reinforcing elements are used in all types of profiles and system units.

The set of original glazing beads, offered in alt=W72 FR, allows the installation of infills up to 26 mm thick without milling for steel clips. The absence of additional processing reduces installation time and eliminates the need to use additional equipment.

Leading manufacturers of fire protection glass offer products that meet fire resistance requirements of at least EIW 60 and fill thickness up to 26 mm. Thus, the original glazing beads allow for a convenient fastening of the insulating glass unit in all types of structures that meet the fire resistance requirements, including EIW 60. If necessary, the system can also be used with a blind filling with a thickness of up to 50 mm.
