The new building should become recognizable in the urban landscape and remain so - regardless of the change in the corporate development strategy and the scheme for the use of space. Based on this idea, the architects provided the building with "hanging gardens" - green niches-terraces, and also covered almost all facades with a checkerboard pattern of glass and opaque panels, which should protect the interiors from the sun.
At the same time, some of the premises - those where not much sunlight falls - received panoramic glazing and views of the city and the sea. In addition, all offices are organized around the aforementioned garden terraces, where employees can relax and socialize.
Public spaces are located at the base of the building, which is made permeable, connected to the adjacent streets. This reflects the "social sustainability" of the project, that is, its contribution to the urban environment.
