Below are the comments of guests and participants of the festival.

“According to my impressions, the festival was pleasantly surprised by both the density of the program and the very high level of organization. The engine of everything was an old friend and colleague Alexei Komov, and, in our experience with him, it is not always possible to achieve such a level. There was also a motivated audience - young architects as the backbone, but also artists and journalists, their questions after the lecture, the topics raised for the discussion, show both a cross-section of the powerful civil society of Sevastopol and the demand for both preserving the unique heritage of the city and a high-quality environment - both eventful and in the architectural sense."

“To admire, preserve the uniqueness, give impetus to the qualitative modernization of Sevastopol - all these leitmotifs sounded like a refrain throughout the Territorium festival. Today, when the southern cultural capital of Russia is rapidly developing and can no longer remain an architectural reserve, the attention of all specialists, people of culture and ordinary townspeople is riveted to the discussion of a new master plan for the development of the city. In this context, the discussion of the philosophy of the future status of Sevastopol by professional architects, artists and art critics looks more than timely. Personally, I was pleased that many young people from various public organizations of the city joined the discussions at the festival. After the festival, there was a feeling of confidence that there are people who are ready to make great efforts to maintain the unique ethical and aesthetic climate of this beautiful white city. Cities by the sea, which opens the way to the Bosphorus and beyond the borders of the Ecumene."

Andrey Zharikov

urbanist, Moscow-Feodosia

“It was impossible to miss the Territorium: the speakers, guests, the announced topics of discussion - everything was very captivating. And for several days Sevastopol became for me the city of the birth of both new thoughts on topics that were not in my field of vision, and the discovery of new interpretations of previously known theses. Aleksey Komov and his associates created a format that felt comfortable and extremely capacious in content, where topical issues of the development of architecture and art in Crimea were discussed by people from completely different spheres, which made it possible to look at them from completely different points of view. Everyone was able to enjoy the new knowledge: both students and people from the "industry" - this is an important component of a successful event. I would like to wish this festival to scale up and pulsate across Crimea even more often - it's spring after all."
