1. Set goals

Competently thinking over the location of household appliances is half the battle. Decide right away where the air conditioner, TV, built-in kitchen or conventional appliances, washing machine, computer desk will be.
Remember that in addition to the equipment itself, you will need to think over communications - electrical wiring and "automatic machines", water supply and sewerage, the location of sockets, hoods and ventilation.
