Nizhny Novgorod summed up the results of the Architecture Rating for the last two years. Traditionally, the ceremony ended with a tea party with a cake in the form of the winning building. The organizers made gastronomic analogies with the rest of the nominated works.
The long list of rankings this season consisted of 29 buildings - fewer than in previous years. The citizens of Nizhny Novgorod were the first to start voting: it was possible to vote by filling out an online questionnaire. In total, the organizers received 438 ratings from the townspeople. As a result of the voting, a short list was formed, which included 11 buildings. After that, a jury consisting of 20 experts began to work. The best restaurant was recognized on the slope of the Aleksandrovsky Garden, built according to the project of the Bureau "Arkhstroy". This is their second victory in the history of the ranking.
A copy of the restaurant's cake was solemnly cut by the authors of the project - Alexander Dekhtyar and Olga Barabanova.
