The ventilation flap Realit® Venta is harmoniously combined with the facade of the object, complementing and emphasizing its visual image even in the open position. Thanks to a wide range of colors, it is possible to place architectural accents on the plane of the facade. Venta contributes to more comfortable ventilation of premises due to its small dimensions, ease of use and elegant appearance.
The system is a narrow revolving sash with a width of 200 or 250 mm and a storey height of up to 3 m. The system is compact, convenient and easy to use, and its aesthetics and functionality give unlimited freedom to the architectural design of the facade. An important feature of the Venta ventilation sash is that in addition to the possibility of integration into the RF 50 façade series and the RF 68 EF element façade using a special façade frame, the system can be built into the "warm" RW 71 window and door series. This is possible thanks to a specially developed new type of multi-chamber EPDM-seal, which serves to obtain the necessary thermal and sound insulation properties.
The Venta series uses a 34 mm wide glass fiber reinforced polyamide thermal bridge and 3 EPDM sealing circuits to prevent drafts. The frame and sash structures have profiles made of expanded polyethylene, which has a closed cell structure, which significantly reduces heat losses. The system can also be delivered to the object without a pre-fixed foam profile, which significantly reduces the time for installation of the structure, provides ease of installation and eliminates the possibility of damage to the foam element when processing the sash profile.
The delivery set includes a set of profiles with a decorative protective coating and a set of brackets and fasteners required by the customer. Installation and installation of the system does not require special skills and reduces costs, which ensures ultra-fast commissioning of the facility.
