The award ceremony has traditionally been the culmination of the Business & Design Dialogue, an annual office forum and exhibition. Winners in 11 nominations and the winner of the Grand Prix were selected from 158 candidate projects implemented from the end of 2018 to March of the current year. You can watch the recording of the broadcast here, and we present the winners below.

The Grand Prix

Sberbank headquartersEvolution Design, T + T Architects

The office has developed over an area of over 60 thousand square meters. In addition to a large number of workplaces, there are multi-format meeting rooms, a hall for presentations, concerts and other events, a coworking platform and a dining room designed to serve 400 people.

The design effectively plays on the existing structure of a 10-storey building with a 9-storey glazed atrium. It was here that the architects placed the "Diamant" suspended meeting room - the most outstanding and memorable element of the project.

Nomination "Organization of space"

Philip Morris St. PetersburgArchitectural bureau OFFISPROEKT

The new office of the tobacco company was supposed to facilitate quick decision-making and effective communication between employees and departments. Stationary jobs are available only for employees who are "tied" to the office. The rest can use the hot-desks that are gaining popularity today or sit in the lounge area. Another productive solution is the ability to combine meeting rooms and a presentation area into a common space for up to 150 people.

Nomination "Comfort and Ergonomics"

CEPiIZO Competence CenterArchitectural bureau ATRIUM

The Competence Center of Technopolis "Moscow" works with innovations and digital technologies. An appropriate office was needed - modern, flexible, dynamic, multifunctional. You can work anywhere in the space - at your own table, in collaboration zones, in well-equipped and transformable meeting rooms; just standing at the marker wall, you can arrange a mini-presentation. Separately, it is worth noting the "room of silence", where lighting and sound are controlled from a smartphone.

Johnson & JohnsonABD Architects

The office united all the Russian divisions of Johnson & Johnson under a common roof. The emphasis is on environmental friendliness and comfort. The office layout was abandoned in favor of open space. You can work, if you wish, while sitting or standing. The office space contains many areas for collaboration, negotiations and quick meetings, as well as quiet rooms for solitary concentrated work.

Nomination "Design Idea"

The office of an IT company is both technologically advanced and cozy at home. Living greens are everywhere making their way through the modern "shell". The large number of functional spaces for productive work is balanced by the presence of a billiard room, cinema, games and music rooms.

Nomination "Business space in public interior"

Gagarin airport, VIP-hallVOX Architects

The two-level space-themed interior combines a "pillar of light" formed by a soaring staircase and an elevator space. The color scheme is not quite cosmic, but close to this, “heavenly”. White is combined with numerous shades of blue. The main public space is located on the ground floor. The second is occupied by work capsules, a conference room and closed lounge areas.
