The pavilion of the sales office will open on Degtyarevskaya street this spring; the customer was the developer Enso. The project uses recyclable materials in a Cradle-to-Cradle concept. In addition, the building with an area of 150 m2 can be disassembled and transported to a new location, according to the wishes of the customer. Its design is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, while it is "divided" into the largest parts, taking into account the need for transportation. For the same reasons, a foundation with screw piles was used, causing minimal damage to the site.
The key "attraction" of the project is the green roof of the pavilion, which looks spectacular in any season and attracts the attention of passers-by, who then may wonder about the purpose of the building, which will play into the hands of the customer. Among other things, such a roof covering is an important eco-component that protects the interior from overheating, reduces CO2 emissions and reduces the load on city sewers. Thanks to this solution, the area of landscaping increases, and this technique can be extended to other city roofs. In the case of the Poetica RC sales office, the roof also serves as a recreational space for the employees and visitors of the center.
