Russian cities such as Kaluga, Yekaterinburg, Ulyanovsk, Perm and the Leningrad Region, as well as foreign participants: Budapest and Tallinn, presented their own stands. In total, 170 development projects were shown at the forum, which have a significant impact on the development of regions and are aimed at creating a favorable and comfortable urban environment. The particular interest of professionals was predictably aroused by infrastructure projects of regions, cities and companies, demonstrating promising sites for the placement of commercial real estate.

The PROEstate business program is becoming more and more saturated every year: this time it included more than 30 diverse events, including a conference of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation dedicated to the implementation of regional programs for the development of housing construction, an open auction for the sale of real estate and the All-Russian competition of integrated projects. development of territories. As part of the forum, representatives of various constituent entities of the Russian Federation signed 10 cooperation agreements with development investment companies. In addition, PROEstate 2011 launched 9 new projects, including the industrial park in Tosno (by Trigon Capital), the Triumph Park residential complex (the project developer is MirLand Development Corporation), a business-class apartment hotel (PIONER Group of Companies)) other.

At the site of the V International Investment Forum on Real Estate PROEstate, the results of the All-Russian Competition for Environmental Development and Energy Efficiency Green Awards, organized by the Guild of Managers and Developers, were also summed up. In total, 48 projects were submitted to the competition, and its expert commission included certified specialists with practical experience in the development of buildings with a high level of energy efficiency and environmental friendliness (BREEAM assesors, LEED AP, DGNB AP).

In the "Housing Construction: Multi-Storey Buildings" nomination, the best were the projects "House on Maiden Field" by "Arch Project-2" and "Barkli Park", designed by the architectural studio "Atrium". Both finalists received certificates of compliance with the Green Awards Competitive Evaluation System. The residential complex in the Olympic Village (also "Arch Project-2") bypassed the project of the company "Glavstroy-SPb" "Yuntolovo" and became a prize-winner in the category "Housing Construction: Residential Areas". And the project "Bereg FM" by Kaskad Family, according to the jury of the competition, turned out to be the best in the category "Housing Construction - Villages". The jury recognized the Olympic Park railway station in Sochi (Studio 44) as the best object of the social sphere, and the Industrial A-Park (Espro) as the best object of industrial real estate. The prizes were presented to the winners by the initiators and practices of sustainable development and construction - Robert Watson, founder of LEED (USA) and Jose Vlasveld, project manager for the implementation of green building mechanisms in the Netherlands.

Within the framework of the forum, the winners of the Russian stage of the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence competition, the competition for the best implemented development project, were also determined. This year, 61 projects from 13 cities of Russia were submitted to the competition: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Omsk, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Belgorod, Cherepovets, Ufa, Volgograd and Rostov-on-Don. The jury determined the winners in 7 nominations: residential real estate, retail, office and hotel real estate, public sector, master plan (for integrated development projects), heritage (buildings that have undergone reconstruction with the restoration of their historical appearance). The winner of the prize in the latter was the reconstruction project of the East Wing of the General Staff, developed by Studio 44.

Another notable professional event in the forum's program was the presentation of the first rating "100 best shopping centers in Russia", formed by experts from the Guild of Managers and Developers. And within the framework of the special project “Architecture and Design”, an exhibition of modern architecture of the Netherlands “UDUTCH ARCHITECTURE” was shown - thanks to the PROEstate forum, this exposition, shown last year in Moscow, reached St. Petersburg.
