"Insurance Program" is the main television platform where heads of large companies, representatives of the government, government ministries and departments, as well as leaders of industry and professional associations, together with the leading ones, talk about the problems of the insurance industry, develop and propose development strategies, present innovative cases from the Russian and foreign experience. They pose questions, give assessments and shape public opinion.
As part of the interview, Marina Potoker emphasized that today, when insuring real estate objects, the issue of fire safety is especially relevant. There are certain building codes, standards, but, figuratively speaking, a fire in a fire does not know anything about these standards, and it is often impossible to predict the damage from its impact.
Non-combustible building materials directly help reduce the risks when insuring real estate objects, since by conducting an audit, the insurance company assesses, among other things, whether measures have been taken that can prevent some risks, for example, fire. If the building is insulated with non-combustible materials, this makes it possible to get more favorable conditions for insurance of your building.
Marina Potoker also spoke about the main trends in construction and, in conclusion, shared the story of how Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark visited the ROCKWOOL plant near Moscow.
