Competition "U-kon. Art-project" is an annual competition in which architectural solutions and their implementation using the U-kon ventilated facade system are evaluated. This year the competition was held for the third time. All projects submitted for the competition were displayed on the website www.u-kon.ru, in the section “U-kon. Art Project 2010 ".
The winners were determined in two directions: according to the results of the assessments of the professional jury and the Internet voting of the site visitors. A total of 40 projects from all over Russia competed. According to the results of evaluations by a professional jury, the Grand Prix “The Best Architectural Arrangement of the U-kon System” was awarded to ZAO Alkon-Trade-System for the completed facades of the campus of the Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo”.
The solemn awarding of the winners took place within the framework of the Mosbuild-2010 exhibition.
- The Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" is a large, complex, but also an interesting object, a crazy beautiful object. We like it very much. And we are glad that today our opinion and the opinion of the distinguished jury coincided. Thank you for your appreciation of the work of the large and friendly team of ZAO Alkon-Trade-System. Wonderful, unusual, futuristic facades of "Skolkovo" in the style of Malevich's creativity, based on the idea of the British architect David Adjaye, were born here in Russia.
Difficult, at times, unique design solutions were developed by the specialists of ZAO Alkon-Trade-System. But it is impossible not to mention the general contractor PSP-Farman LLC, reliable partners - Yukon Engineering and ZAO Shuko International Moscow - manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality products for solving any architectural and design problems, - said the general Yuri Khripin, director of ZAO Alkon-Trade-System.
These were not the only awards given by CJSC Alkon-Trade-System. In addition to the Grand Prix for the design of the facades of the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, she was also awarded diplomas of the participant and incentive prizes in the nomination "Administrative buildings" for the facades of an administrative building located on 2nd Brestskaya Street and a class "A" business center Udaltsov- Plaza.
