A house on a tree
Contestants will explore the relationship between the natural and the man-made by designing a small tree house. You can choose a place for your object yourself. House with an area of no more than 50 m2 must be able to accommodate a maximum of two people. The budget for the implementation is not limited.

Lunawood Urban Challenge 2021
The competition is hosted by Lunawood, a thermowood manufacturer. The task for the participants is to develop projects for the renovation of existing public spaces using Lunawood products. There are three categories in total: architecture, landscape and interiors. The place requiring renewal, the contestants can choose at their discretion.

Shelter

Animals in the city
The competition involves short films about the relationship between humans and animals in the era of global urbanization. You need to present animals as full-fledged citizens of the future and demonstrate your vision of such an equal coexistence in terms of architecture and urban planning.

Community Justice Center
The competition is hosted by the Canadian Academy of Architecture for Justice. Participating students are encouraged to design a Public Justice Center and, using architectural means, to help build a positive relationship between the institution itself and the community it serves.

Earthbound house
The task for the contestants is to design a small house (the area should not exceed 30 m2) for the Slovenian village of Dobrava. The main condition is construction from compacted earth. It is also permissible to use wooden structures and concrete (for the foundation). The house needs to provide a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, space for sleeping and relaxing, and a bathroom. The best project is planned to be implemented.

Residence among millennial trees
Participants will design a hotel complex in the Kaisen Millennial Tree Garden in China. This space, unique in its value, beauty and energy, should not be disturbed by interference, all objects should be environmentally friendly, and the presence of a person should not be harmful.

Archtraces 2021: building a bridge from the past to the future
Contestants are encouraged to take part in the search for ideas for a symbolic bridge. The best project will be installed on the Soviets Square in the city of Kumertau in May 2021 as part of the ARCHtraces festival.

A 'Design Award & Competition 2020-2021
Illustration: adesignaward.com The A 'Design Award has over 100 different categories, including architecture, interior design, furniture design, packaging design and graphic design. The purpose of the award is to unite designers, producers, consumers and the press on one platform. Professionals in their field, students and amateurs can apply for participation.

Wienerberger Brick Award 2022
Objects sold no earlier than 2018 can participate in the competition. A prerequisite is the use of ceramic building materials from any manufacturer. Of all the entries for the competition, a jury of architecture journalists and critics will select 50 buildings to compete in five categories.
