The T-Huzen ensemble consists of five volumes resembling capital T letters. They are freely placed among the green hilly landscape on the outskirts of the Danish capital. The light volumes of the new buildings are complemented by the undersides of the huge letters hanging over the ground, painted in bright colors. This form allows all apartments to be planned with spectacular views of the surroundings.
Panoramic windows are not the only feature of the new residential building. Each tower of 46 apartments will have 24 different layouts. Maximum individualization and autonomy of housing was Hall's goal when designing the new residential area.
T-Huzene will be part of Orestad, Copenhagen's new satellite city, located 10 minutes from the city center.
