The architects were entrusted with the project as a result of a closed competition held by the owner of the future house. The composition of the building was determined by a small park with an oak grove, where the building plot goes: the volume of the building is turned in its direction so that the view there opens from the maximum number of rooms. Also, several oak trees grow very close to the villa, which was also used in the project: these trees cover the covered courtyard-terrace from the sun's rays and prying eyes, around which the premises of the villa are grouped: hall, stairs, children's playroom, dining room, living room, bedroom and cabinet. The roofs of the terrace are partially glazed, and through these openings you can see the sky and the crowns of trees: this more closely connects the interior of the villa and the natural environment.
The staircase is also fully glazed and serves as a light well for the rest of the house, thus saving energy for lighting. Another resource-saving element is wooden blinds, which protect the house from overheating during the summer months.
