The complex consists of two rectangular buildings, between which there is a "carpet" (a term suggested by the architects themselves): under its wide steps, ramps and platforms there are auditoriums, a library, a cafe and a gym. Educational buildings protect the surface of the "carpet" from the sun, which increases its value as a public space; its profile follows the hillside on which the new campus will be erected.

The paired 8-storey buildings contain auditoriums, workshops and administrative premises (moreover, the plans assume an easy change in the functions of each of them). Their porous facades with staircases lend visual unity to the campus. The buildings are located so that natural ventilation can be widely used in the interior, reducing air conditioning costs by 15-30%.

The compactness of the campus (although it will have 28,000 m2 of space intended for 3 faculties - arts, sciences and engineering, business) will preserve the buildings of the British garrison remaining from the colonial period on the adjacent territory. They will be used as a dormitory, dining room and student union premises.
