The future structure was named "Eikhal", as it will face the rear facade of the railway station, facing the Ei River. This embankment is just turning into a recreational zone, and Eikhal with its cafes, shops and service facilities should fill the deficit in such establishments.
Despite the fact that the center will be located at the train station, along with fast food restaurants there will be opened restaurants intended not for passengers, but for the rest of the city dwellers. Its entire complex will be open to the river thanks to the terrace and the continuous glazing of the façade; the brilliance of its water will be echoed by the circular polished stainless steel panels that cover the ceiling. The floor will be covered with patterns from such circles: the density of their arrangement will correspond to the popularity of one or another direction of movement in the space of the "Eikhal", which will help the visitors to find their bearings.
The bus station will be located above the center; the empty spaces between these two levels will be occupied by conservatories.
