The six-storey building is built into the historical complex of the university and separates its courtyard from the garden; in the future, two more buildings will be built along the perimeter of this green zone. Since the new building houses all sorts of workshops and laboratories - for working with glass, metal, ceramics and so on, the natural light they need is provided by an all-glass façade. It also creates a visual connection between the interior and the old trees outside.

The role of glazing is not limited to pure function: it has a decorative print of small white circles on its surface. It does not reduce the permeability of the facades, but thanks to it they acquired a milky hue and - along with it - a "delicacy" that allows the building to tactfully fit into the surroundings.

The first floor is divided into two parts: in one there is a lobby and workshops with heavy equipment, first of all - with all kinds of stoves and forges, in the second - an exhibition gallery with a separate entrance. The transparent façade allows pedestrians to peek into the interior as the architects intended.

Also in the building there is an auditorium for 170 seats with a foyer, and on the top floor there is a cafeteria, from where you can get to a flat roof terrace with views of the city.
