Aedas architects based their project on the "sand crawler" or "sand crawler" vehicle from Star Wars. These huge, rusty, tracked structures transported native Jawa tribes across the sandy planet of Tatooine. In the Singapore project, of course, not a trace of such aesthetics remained. Despite the repeating "sandcrowler" outlines, the office complex will not be sheathed with metal: its facades will be made up of two layers of glass, transparent with a low iron content and fritted. As a result, it will reflect a significant amount of sunlight and heat, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the interior. The roof of the building will be covered from the sun with metal lattice screens.
In the plan, the building will have the shape of an elongated horseshoe. A lush garden will be created in the courtyard and terraces thus formed: vegetation will help reduce the temperature in this public space and in the building itself. The courtyard will be partially covered with a fritted glass canopy.
The 8 floors of the building will house not only LucasFilm offices and production facilities, but also a modern cinema hall with 100 seats, as well as a conference area.
