The production of glass fiber reinforced concrete of the company consists of specialized sections designed to perform the entire range of works for the manufacture of architectural decor products, including panels with integrated tiles.
Model area
The model site is intended for the manufacture of a model, a prototype of a future product. Depending on the complexity of the size and purpose, the model can be made of plasticine, clay or gypsum. Especially large models and models of geometric shapes can be made of wood or special laminated plywood.
Formatorsky area
The next section, formatorsky, where, on the basis of the model, special molds are made for the subsequent production of glass fiber concrete or fiber concrete. The material for making the mold is selected based on the purpose and dimensions of the final product. It can be a special elastic polymer, rigid polymer resin, wood or film faced plywood.
Spraying area
At the spraying site, products are manufactured from previously made models and molds by pneumatic spraying and premix.
Steam chamber
An important component of production - the steaming chamber - allows us to produce high quality products in the shortest possible time.
