The 118-meter-high tower is located in the center of São Paulo's financial district. Its volume is formed by two spectacularly concave glass walls, reminiscent, according to the architects' plan, of a ship's sails filled with wind. Solid glazing provides not only the best panoramic views, but also provides a high level of natural light, and a special sun protection system prevents overheating of the interior. In the narrow side facades, at the junction of two glass "sails" balconies are arranged, which also offer a view of the city. A helipad is located on the roof, which guarantees access to the building in any situation.
In total, the building has 18 office floors with an area of 2000 sq. M. each. Today, almost all of them have already been leased, and the companies of the first magnitude - Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Bloomberg, Facebook, Louis Vuitton. The architects designed the territory adjacent to the complex with a large amount of greenery - shaded paths lead to the building, winding past the pools with water and cozy parks. And in order to include the new volume in the active life of the city center, the architects abandoned the traditional solution of the first floor - the building was raised on supports in such a way that a full-fledged pedestrian plaza could be organized under it.
The main decoration of the resulting small square was the central core of the complex - the entrance hall, trimmed with French limestone and dark Brazilian wood. This space is separated from the outside world by a curved glass wall and surrounded by a belt of shallow pools. The entrance to the office building is marked with a huge canopy wing, and in order to bypass the water bodies, you need to walk along one of the two bridges.
In conclusion, we note that Infinity Tower can boast not only a striking architectural solution, but also an exceptional quality of engineering systems. The best confirmation of this is the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certificate awarded to the most efficient and environmentally friendly buildings.
